In the segment, Mr. Davison helped Harvey and his audience to select a winner from two working mothers who presented their invention ideas. After choosing, Mr. Davison presented a $10,000 check from Inventionland to help the winner further pursue her invention. He also generously gave the runner-up a check for $1,000!

Below the image, you can find Mr. Davison’s advice on how to get an invention started, when to patent and who to trust with an invention idea.

Now, it’s only been just over a week since Mr. Davison’s appearance on the Steve Harvey show, but, we have no doubt that the positive responses will continue to flow in!

That’s right, Mr. D will be making a nationwide appearance on the Steve Harvey show today to help judge Harvey’s “Pitch to Win” contest. In other very BIG news on the show today, Mr. D will be awarding the contest winner with a $10,000 check from Inventionland!

The two working-mom finalists are bringing their invention product samples to the Steve Harvey show, where Mr. D will rate the finalists and their new product ideas. With some help from the studio audience, Mr. D will select a winner, who he will present with the $10,000 check, along with a promise to help them connect with a major retailer.

The Steve Harvey show kicks off its third season today, just one day before Mr. Davison’s appearance! If you’re not too familiar with the Emmy-award-winning show, “‘Steve Harvey’ is a one-hour daytime show hosted by TV personality, comedian, radio show host and best-selling author, Steve Harvey. Each weekday in his new multi-topic show, Harvey talks to real people with real issues and brings his funny, fresh, insightful and common sense approach to everyday problems.”

What will Steve and Mr. Davison be discussing tomorrow? Well, Mr. D brought his wealth of inventing know-how to help judge Steve’s “Pitch to Win” contest.

In the “Pitch to Win” contest, two finalists, who are working moms that came up with product samples, are in the running to receive a $10,000 check from Inventionland, along with Mr. D’s help in meeting with a major retailer.

We can’t spill the beans on who won, but we can tell you that the show was an immensely entertaining success!
