Last week, a group of over 100 students from Fox Grove Elementary got to tour Inventionland. Nothing new, right? Actually, this group was different; the group was so big that they had to split their trip up over a two day period! The accommodation was no problem for our skilled tours team.

The school counselor who organized the trip was so pleased with Inventionland and the accommodations we were able to make, that she reached out to the Inventionland Team, thanking us for making the experience one the students and teachers would surely never forget.

“I just wanted to take this time to thank the three of you again, for showing the students at Forest Grove, all that goes on at Inventionland. The kids loved it and so many are saying that they are going to work there when they grow up!” stated the school counselor. She went on to say, “I can’t think of a better place to visit than Inventionland to get the kids excited about their future career paths. It’s so hard to get kids at this age to connect what they are doing in the classroom to what they could do when they grow up. Mr. Davison has created such a great place to do just that.”  

This is exactly what Inventionland and the Inventionland Innovation Curriculum are all about! Creating a way to get children engaged, excited and thinking about their future career paths is the goal of what we are doing here.

“Please let Mr. Davison know that he is an inspiration and we can’t wait to see what he’s going to do in the future.” said the counselor in their final statements. At Inventionland, we strive is to inspire and to create forward thinking for the future that helps students become college and career ready.

CEO and Founder, Mr. George Davison was happy to receive these kind words and was appreciative of the efforts being made at the school; he stated “We are grateful to be able to help make a contribution toward the betterment of our students. Overall, Inventionland is proud to be contributing to the betterment of 21st-century education. We know that as a result of our efforts, we are helping shape the minds of young students to achieve a better understanding of what they want to do with their lives.
