The 2017 STEM Summit is quickly approaching and Inventionland is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of the event!

Every year the Pittsburgh Technology Council hosts an annual STEM Summit where educators have the opportunity to go and tour local partnering technology businesses. The purpose of these tours is for the educators and other local non-profit and for-profit company members to witness how STEM is being implemented in real-world, day-to-day operations.

Last year, companies toured were Google, Fab Lab, Industrial Scientific, FedEx and Schell Games. This year, Inventionland is on the list!

The STEM Summit is being held on April 19th. Participating educators and local non-profit members will begin their day at the Pittsburgh Technical College for a keynote presentation where Inventionland Founder and CEO, Mr. George Davison, will be opening with a speech on the Inventionland Innovation Course.

Educators then have the opportunity to choose two companies to tour, from the list of participating organizations. Inventionland will be hosting two tour times that day for attendees to choose from. Other companies involved this year are Uber, Google, Holy Family Academy, Simcoach Games and Fab Lab at the Carnegie Science Center.

The 2017 STEM Summit is open to both members and non-members of the Pittsburgh Technology Council. For more information on the event including tour times, and where to sign up, click here!

We look forward to seeing you there!
